Brings leverage and commercial energy banking experience having been Co-Head of CEEMEA Debt Capital Markets Leveraged Finance at Deutsche Bank and the Head of CEEMEA Debt origination at ABN AMRO with a focus on Energy and Oil & Gas in both positions

Brings more than 20 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, private equity and finance. Prior to founding Fort Bay he acted as Head of Energy for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, responsible for sourcing and managing investments across the energy industry. His prior experience includes Riverstone Holdings, 4Gas Holding, The Carlyle Group and Salomon Smith Barney

Brings operational, corporate finance, strategic planning  and fleet management experience in the tanker and LNG market as Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury for Gaslog and General Manager for Maersk Tankers. Thomas is working with EIC in parallel to complimentary commitments 

​Brings energy investment and transaction experience having been the Senior Energy Analyst and leading the Natural Resources and Utilities team at Fidelity Investments Worldwide, as well as Investment Director for Aker ASA which holds controlling stakes in Det Norske, Aker Solutions, Kvaerner, Akastor and Ocean Yield. 

Brings Energy investment banking experience having worked at JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and most recently Goldman Sachs, where he led the firm's natural resources efforts in the MENA region. Osama's product background is both in M&A as well as financing (equity, bond, and bank). Osama's skill set is augmented by management consulting experience (McKinsey & Company and industry experience at Seafox  (offshore jack up service rigs) and Neos (exploration services and E&P).

Brings financial and energy experience from Exxon Mobil and Barclays capital as head of their Marine Fuel and Energy Derivatives businesses, combined with the execution and work out skills associated with being responsible for winding up Lehman Brothers  Europe as head of European Capital markets and Derivatives
